All services are performed remotely from my home, with most tasks completed online. For physical services, such as computer cleaning or household vacuum maintenance, items will need to be dropped off. I will coordinate a suitable time for pickup once the service is complete.
Payment & Invoicing:
All payments and invoicing are processed through PayPal for secure transactions.
Service Waivers & Data Protection:
For data entry projects and most other services, customers will be required to sign a waiver, acknowledging that I am not responsible for any damage, particularly pre-existing conditions. If you are providing data for entry into an Excel spreadsheet, please redact any Social Security numbers or other sensitive information before submission.
